Under her leadership, JPMorgan Chase achieved #1 Market Share in key California markets two years in a row, as indicated in FDIC data 7/1/2022-6/30/2023 & same period the prior year; a 43% deposit increase, and successfully transformed its employee-centered culture and operational integrity. Similar turnaround cultural and bottom line, sustainable results were achieved prior in three major banks in the United States.
